1. For hotel reservations, click the ‘Book Now’ button below. We have pre-selected rooms in Shenzhen Kylin Villa at competitive prices. As Shenzhen is currently in it's peak conference season, the hotel booking system will be closed at 5:30 PM on June 15th. Please note that rooms are limited, and all delegates must finalize their bookings by this deadline.

2. The hotel accommodation fees will be charged at the check-in of the hotel, and the conference secretariat will assist in online booking accommodation.

3.The accommodation fee will be converted into the corresponding foreign currency based on the prevailing international exchange rate on the date of check-in.

4. The default time for booking hotel rooms is: June 25 (check-in) and June 29 (check-out). If you need to check-in early or check-out later, please make a note in the "Special Requests" section after selecting the room. The conference secretariat will arrange it properly.

5. Each attendee is entitled to reserve one hotel room only. If you are booking a standard room and sharing it with a colleague, please make sure to clearly note the information of the person you will be sharing with. Breakfast service is included with each reservation, and the number of breakfasts provided corresponds to the actual number of guests.

6. The hotel accepts the following credit card payments: Master/ Visa/ AE/ Alipay/ Wechat/ Union-A.

7. The accommodation invoice is issued by the hotel upon check-out.

8. If your travel plans change before the conference, please notify the conference secretariat and cancel your booking no later than June 18th.
