Energy chemistry, as a new interdisciplinary field that applies modern chemical theories and methods to study energy acquisition, conversion, storage, transportation, and novel implementation pathways, will play a crucial role in providing the scientific and technological foundation for achieving carbon neutrality, and may even catalyze a new wave of global energy technology innovation. We are to deepen our understanding of energy chemistry, which will be the focus of ICEC2025.
